    Significant Activity:

    0200 hours – Possession of Drugs Arrest: Rancho Mirage Police responded to Agua Caliente Resort and contacted security.  Security had two persons detained for possession of possible narcotics.  Upon further investigation, Rancho Mirage Police arrested Bobak Hedayati, 27 of Irvine, and Faramarz Ghezelayagh, 47 of Irvine, for possession of 9.1 grams of cocaine. Case # S173580002.

    1734 hours- Felony Arrest Warrant: Rancho Mirage Police recognized Juan Ramirez, 27, of Rancho Mirage from the warrant report while at 69900 block of Frank Sinatra Dr., Rancho Mirage. Ramirez was contacted and arrested for an outstanding felony warrant for stolen property. He was later transported and booked into the Smith Correctional Facility.  Case #S173580024.

    0915 hours: Drug/Warrant arrest – Rancho Mirage Police conducted a pedestrian check on Jeremy Meyer, age 35 of Indio, in the Albertsons parking lot within the city of Rancho Mirage. During the contact, a records checked revealed Meyer had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for drugs. Meyers was found in possession of narcotics without a prescription. Meyer was transported and booked at the Riverside County Jail-Indio.  Case #S173560012.

    Significant Activity:

    1921 hours – Robbery: Rancho Mirage Police responded to the Agua Caliente Casino for a reported robbery. While Officers were investigating the robbery, officers learned the suspects were 2 male juveniles. The juveniles were subsequently detained on an unrelated call for service.  Interviews during the investigation led to the arrest of the 2 juveniles for attempt carjacking and robbery. The two juveniles were transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Indio. Case# 173530048
