Disaster Preparedness Program for Pets
The Rancho Mirage Code Compliance/Animal Services Division, in conjunction with the Rancho Mirage Emergency Preparedness Commission, is proud to introduce this innovative new program, which provides residents an opportunity to obtain a Pet Identification Card (“PIC”), which includes a photo as well as detailed information about you and your pet. Obtain your Pet Identification Card (“PIC”) one of the three convenient ways:
- Submit your application online by filling in all necessary fields below, attach a photo of your pet and click “SUBMIT” – your PIC will be mailed to you;
- Print the Pet Registration Form, contact Code Compliance/Animal Services Division at (760) 770-3220 to schedule an appointment to have your pet’s photo taken and receive your “PIC”; or
- Print the Pet Registration Form, deliver or mail the completed Form, along with a photo of your pet, to City Hall, Attn: Animal Services, 69-825 Highway 111, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270. Your PIC will be mailed to you.
