Architectural Review Board

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviews a number of projects including, but not limited to, Preliminary Development Plans, Conditional Use Permits, Modifications, Final Development Plans, Sign Programs and Sign Program Amendments.  (Municipal Code 2.30, Ord. Nos.: 616; 609; 643; 695.  Two members must be licensed landscape architects and three members must be architects.)
